One-bedroom apartments in Riverside
A one-bedroom with nobody upstairs
Most homes at Rock Ridge are one-bedrooms, and every one is a single level with no neighbor above or below. One-bedroom homes are listed from $1,595/month right now.
What you get
About 525 to 650 square feet, depending on the home. A renovated kitchen with white shaker cabinets and stainless appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator. Wood-look plank floors, a beamed white ceiling, a bedroom with its own window, a full bath with a tub, and a private patio.
Outside your door: a gated courtyard with a pool, a 24-hour laundry room, and garages you can rent along the rear drive. Small dogs and cats are welcome.
Who it suits
People who want a quiet place of their own without sharing a ceiling or a floor: graduate students and staff at UC Riverside, nurses and hospital staff, and anyone working downtown. See the neighborhood guide for distances.
