Where is Rock Ridge Apartment Homes?
At 3581 Chicago Ave in Riverside, California 92507, on the west side of Chicago Avenue between Linden Street and University Avenue, in the City’s Eastside neighborhood. UC Riverside is 1.3 road miles east and the Mission Inn downtown 1.9 miles west. The neighborhood guide has the rest.
How far is Rock Ridge from UC Riverside?
1.3 road miles to the UCR main entrance at University Avenue and Canyon Crest Drive. RTA Route 1 stops at University and Chicago, about a fifth of a mile from the gate, and runs to campus. See apartments near UC Riverside.
How far is downtown Riverside?
The Mission Inn is 1.9 miles away, the County Administrative Center 1.8, and the Riverside-Downtown Metrolink station 2.0.
Where do residents buy groceries?

What is in the homes?
Renovated kitchens with white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator; wood-look plank floors; beamed tongue-and-groove ceilings; a full bath with a tub; and a private patio.
Does Rock Ridge have a pool?
Yes. The pool sits in the gated courtyard, with lounge chairs and yellow-and-white umbrellas.
Is there laundry?
Yes, a shared laundry room on site that is open 24 hours. Homes do not have their own washer and dryer.
Is parking available?
Yes. Private garages along the rear drive are available to rent.
Are pets allowed at Rock Ridge?
Small dogs and cats are welcome, up to three per home, with $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed and weight limits apply, and every applicant completes a pet screening. See the pet page.
Which utilities do residents pay?
Residents pay their own utilities. Water and trash stay in the owner’s name and are billed back each month by a shared formula (RUBS), plus a $4 service fee.
What do I need to qualify?
Income of about three times the rent, verified rental history with no evictions or money judgments, and a passing score on Riverside Property Management’s published rubric, which weighs credit and debt-to-income. Housing vouchers are welcome. The how to apply page has the details.
What are the move-in costs?
A security deposit of one month’s rent, a one-time $150 lease administration and technology fee at signing, and the $14.95 monthly Resident Benefits Package. Pet rent is $35 a month per pet.
How do I tour Rock Ridge?
Tours are self-guided and can be booked for any day. Choose a home on the availability page, open its listing and book a showing time. Every listing also has a 360° virtual walkthrough. You need to tour in person before applying. Or call (951) 777-2811, ext. 16.
How do I apply?
Every open home on the availability page has an Apply button. Every adult who will live in the home applies.
Who manages Rock Ridge, and when is the office open?
Riverside Property Management, at 6960 Magnolia Ave, Suite 103, Riverside. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and maintenance emergencies are answered 24/7. Leasing is (951) 777-2811, ext. 16.
