The patio
The patio is private to the home: your table, your chairs, your plants. It is where the morning coffee goes, the phone call you would rather take outside, and dinner once the evening cools. Riverside is warm and dry most of the year, so outdoor space here is space you use.
Two kinds of outdoor space
Past your own patio, the gated courtyard holds the pool, with lounge chairs, palms and yellow-and-white umbrellas. So a home here has outdoor room twice over: one space that is only yours, and one you share with your neighbors behind a gate.
The homes
Rock Ridge is mostly one-bedroom homes, each a single level with nobody above or below, plus a two-bedroom and three-bedrooms upstairs over the garages. Because every home is a single level, the patio comes with no footsteps overhead and no neighbor below.
